How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance to ensure your preferred vehicles are available, especially during peak wedding seasons.  We will tighten up the details as we get closer to the event dates.

What information is needed for a quote?

Simply provide your event date, estimated guest count, pickup and drop-off locations, and your rough timeline. We handle all the logistics from there.

Can you handle last-minute changes?

Flexibility is our specialty. We can accommodate itinerary adjustments up to 48 hours before your event to ensure your day stays on track.

What areas do you provide coverage for?

We primarily serve Indian River County, including Vero Beach and Sebastian, as well as surrounding Treasure Coast locations.

How do payments and deposits work?

A 20% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event, payable via secure online link.
